যে সব দেশে ইসলামী বিচার ব্যবস্থা চালু নেই সেখানে একজন পাওনাদার অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই মানব রচিত বিধানের কারণে তার শরী‘আত প্রদত্ত অধিকার লাভে সমর্থ হয় না। মানব রচিত বিচার ব্যবস্থা তাকে উকিলের মাধ্যমে লিখিত অন্যায় অছিয়ত কার্যকর করতে আদেশ দেয় এবং সে তা কার্যকর করতে বাধ্য হয়। সুতরাং বড়ই পরিতাপ তাদের স্বহস্তে রচিত আইনের জন্য এবং বড়ই পরিতাপ তারা যে পাপ কামাই করছে তার জন্য!

China Needs New Growth Strategy To Keep Up With Rise Of India: Chinese Media

A report published in Chinese media admits that India is receiving a 'massive influx' of foreign investments which will greatly enhance its ability to develop the manufacturing sector and that China should 'keep calm' and work on a more effective growth strategy for itself.

"This massive influx of investment by foreign manufacturers is of great significance for India's economy, employment, and industrial development," an article in the Global Times said.

"China should be calm seeing India's rise. To cope with competition from India, China could start working on a more effective growth strategy for the new era now," it said.

According to the article, foreign manufacturers are addressing some of India's weaknesses and enhancing its manufacturing ability, with Chinese companies also playing an important role in the process. Several Chinese firms were named in the article which are currently investing in India.

"This is a repeat of China's introduction of foreign investment, which is why it is likely that India may succeed.

"If in the past India lacked capital, a developed manufacturing sector, and skilled manufacturing workers, the foreign manufacturing inflow is now helping India address the problem, backing up the government's 'Make in India' initiative," it said.

"It should be pointed out that what is happening in India occurred in China two decades ago," the article said.

"Just like what happened with China during its reform and opening-up, the arrival of foreign manufacturing will greatly enhance India's ability to develop its manufacturing sector, which will help in cultivating a large number of skilled workers, managers, and factories," it added.

The article comes in the wake of China accusing Indian troops of trespassing into its land near the controversial tri-junction border between India, China and Bhutan on the Doklam plateau, resulting in a standoff between the armed forces of India and China along the Sikkim border.

ব্রিজে কোনো রড নেই।

গত কয়েক বছর ধরেই পেপার পত্রিকায় সরকারী কাজে রডের বদলে বাঁশ ব্যাবহার করা হচ্ছে বলে সংবাদ দেখা যায়। কিন্তু এই ব্রিজে তো সেই বাঁশ ও নেই!!!

গতকাল টাঙ্গাইলের দেলদুয়ার উপজেলার এলাচিপুর বাজার সংলগ্ন এলেংজানি নদীর উপর অবস্থিত ব্রিজের দক্ষিন পাশের এপ্রোচের মাটি ধসে যাওয়ায় প্রায় ২০ ফুট গভীর খাদের সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। এতে করে উপজেলা সড়কের সঙ্গে লাউহাটি ইউনিয়নের যোগাযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে গেছে।

ঢাকা-টাঙ্গাইল মহাসড়কে যানজটের সৃষ্টি হলে এই লিংক রোড দিয়ে মাঝে মাঝে ২/১টি যাত্রীবাহী বাস চলাচল করে থাকে। শুক্রবার সকালে ঢাকা-টাঙ্গাইল মহাসড়কে যানজট থাকায় এ রাস্তা দিয়ে হানিফ পরিবহনের একটি বাস প্রায় অর্ধশতাধিক যাত্রী নিয়ে ব্রিজ পার হওয়ার সময় বাসটি ব্রিজের ভিমের সঙ্গে আটকে যায়।

আল্লাহ্‌র অশেষ রহমতে বাসটি না পড়ে ঝুলে থাকে। পরে রেকার এর সাহায্য বাসটি উদ্ধার করা হয়।

কথা হচ্ছে, ব্রিজে তো রড ব্যাবহার করা হয়...কিন্তু এখানে তো কোন রডই দেখা যাচ্ছেনা!!

AR Rahman gets encore on Tamil song in New York concert

NEW YORK: It was an encore all the way for AR Rahman as he performed the original Tamil version of his "Urvasi Urvasi" chartbuster for the IIFA Rocks audience here as he celebrated his 25-year journey in the Indian film industry with a two-hour concert.

The scenario at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey was far removed from his July 8 London concert where fans reportedly walked away complaining that his performance was dominated by Tamil instead of Hindi songs.

"Once more, once more," shouted out the fans at the MetLife Stadium, even as the clock struck 2 a.m. here on Saturday morning.

"It's too late right...," commented Rahman, but broke into the rocking "Humma humma" nevertheless.

The audience joined in as an ensemble of singers including Hariharan, Kailash Kher, Jonita Gandhi, Benny Dayal, Mika Singh and Neeti Mohan jammed it up with the music maestro on stage.

With a list of songs largely dominated by Hindi tracks, Rahman also sang around three to four numbers in his mother tongue, and the audience wasn't complaining.

"Rahman's performance was every bit worth it. We had no problems that he sang in Tamil because we believe one should preserve their culture," Rajan Panda, who has been staying in New York for 30 years, told IANS here.

A Nepalese couple that has been staying here for the last 15 years also said language can never be a barrier in music.

• "We enjoyed the show very much. We came for Rahman. It's music, it's universal... It doesn't matter what language it is in," Arjun Awaley, a software engineer, told IANS after the show.

Rahman kept saying "I love you friends" and "Love you too" to the crowd that swayed to, clapped to and even danced to his tracks.

Even the rain which came pouring down right before Rahman took the stage -- and mid-performance too -- didn't make fans go away here

হাদিসের ভাষা হল উটের পিঠের কুঁজের মত মাথার উপর চুল বাঁধলে বা ঝুটি থাকলেই তখন উটের পিঠের কুঁজের মত দেখা যাবে,অন্যথায় নয়।(কিছু মেয়ে/মহিলা হিজাব পড়েন,নিকাব পড়েন অথচ এই নিয়মটা মানেন না বা জানে না।)

আমাদের সমাজে প্রচলিত আছে `ভাবী’ হল মায়ের মত। ভাবী তাই দেবরের সামনে পর্দার কোন প্রয়জনীয়তা মনেই করে না। ঘরের মধ্যে ভাবীসাব দেবরের সাথে কত কিছু যে শেয়ার করে। ͑͑͑͑ ͑

এসব নোংরা কথা প্রায়ই শুনতে পাই। আর ভাবীকে এখানে -সেখানে নেওয়ার কাজটা দেবরই ভাল করে করতে পারে। এমন কি শ্বশুর-শাশুড়িও মনে করে যে বড় বউ একটু বাইরে যাবে তো এক্ষেত্রে আমার ছোট ছেলেই নিয়ে যাক। 
কিন্তু আসল ঘটনা কি?
আমরা মাঝে মাঝে শুনতে পাই কিংবা পএিকায় দেখি যে, দেবর তার ভাবীকে নিয়ে পালিয়ে গেছে।
এটা কেমন কথা হল? ভাবী’ কি মায়ের মত! ছেলেতো মাকে নিয়ে ভেগে যাওয়ার কথা না!
এটা কেমন মা যে দেবর নামক ছেলেটি ভাবী নামক মাকে নিয়ে ভেগে গেল? সত্যি উদ্ভট!
ভাবী কি করে মায়ের মত হয়? ভাবী তো মাহরাম নয়। ভাই মারা গেলে ভাবীকে বিয়া করা যায়। দেবরের সামনে ভাবীকে পর্দা করতে হবে। আর ঘরের ইদুর বেড়া কাটলে সে ঘর টিকে থাকে না। তেমনি ভাবীর জন্য দেবর হল সবচেয়ে বিপদজনক।
আল্লাহ্‌ যেখানে এটা হারাম করেছেন সেখানে লোকেরা কিভাবে এটা হালাল করতে পারে?
তাহলে কি সমাজের লোকেরা নিজেরাই বিধানদাতা?
সমাজের এসব অশ্লীল প্রচলন থেকে বের হয়ে আসতে হবে এবং কোরআন ও সহীহ হাদীসের জ্ঞান অর্জন করতে হবে।
রাসুল (সাঃ) বলেন- তোমরা নারীদের নিকট প্রবেশ করা থেকে সাবধান থেকো।
